Refund policy

Please note: Due to international shipping, automated order processing, and the nature of our products, we operate under a resolution-based policy rather than a traditional free-return model.


Order Processing & Cancellation

Our fulfillment system is fully automated.
Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.


Returns

We do not accept physical returns once an order has been shipped.

International return shipping is costly and often results in items that cannot be resold.
For this reason, customers are not required to return items in the event of a refund or replacement.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assess the issue, we may request photo or video evidence.

After review, we will determine the most appropriate resolution.


How to Report an Issue or Request a Resolution

  • Reason for the request

  • Photo or video of the product (required in case of damage or defects)

  • First and last name

  • Full shipping address

Requests submitted without the required information may experience delays or may not be eligible for review.


Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

  • Refunds, if issued, are partial only

  • Refunds do not include original shipping or processing costs

  • Once a refund or resolution has been applied, the case is considered closed

  • No additional compensation can be provided after a resolution has been issued


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, a new order must be placed.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items reported outside the stated timeframe


Shipping, Customs & Delivery Notes

Our products may ship internationally and, in some cases, from fulfillment centers outside your country.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or international transit

These costs and delays are outside of our control and are not refundable.
